Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Season and drain excess fat.
- Flatten biscuit dough pieces.
- Add cooked beef and cheese to the center of each dough piece.
- Seal tightly and place seam-side down on a baking tray.
- Mix melted butter with garlic.
- Brush bombs generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
