Ingredients
- 500 g flank steak or sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Whisk all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook 2–3 minutes until bright green.
- Return beef to the pan.
